First attempt to learn to drive el Manuel was with my brother's dreadful Cavalier... damned car almost turned off standards permanently, the POS. I drove my auto a long time before I finally learned (over the course of about a month) after buying this little '91 for $700. The perfect car to learn to drive stick on. I…
Ash being... well, Ash. Classic.
Morning Oppo... been watching the new Evangelion movies and noticed something rather fun... in the original series, Misato drives an utra-cool custom Renault Alpine A310 (which unfortunately receives quite a bit of a battering as the series progresses.) For the rebuild, the director Hideaki Anno (who is apparently…
After spending the better part of four hours cleaning the spouse's car (no, it wasn't in response to Estrada's rant, that car is almost 1/2 a year overdue for a cleaning), I have come to the conclusion that while our black-on-black '09 RX-8 R3 is an absolutely beautiful & sinister beast (especially in low light), it's…
Hmmm... #3car garage... let's see...

W00t! Joint COTD, baby. Brofist to Brian and Marimvibe.
Not sure if this has been posted before... the build thread of a guy in the Netherlands. He's making a 4-rotor FC. The amount of machining and fabrication work is amazing (he made most of the motor, short of the shell and rotors.) He even fabbed his own silencers and large parts of the radiator. A lot of computer sim…
Paging SecondSpitter (is he still around, or retired to G+oppo?)
Caught by a friend of mine on his way home. Apparently, the church does this sort of thing a lot.
Someone needs to scale this up to vehicle-size.
Sofa. King. Cool.
Old school. I could do with some salmon right about now.
